Ridgmont is a small and rather quaint Bedfordshire village right by the side of the M1 near Ampthill, and with it's own rail branch line.

The nearest mainline rail stations are Bedford and Flitwick.

Throughout 2014 Segenhoe church was used as the main outside location in the area for the halfling project.

This is so popular with actors that they are even happy to freeze on a winter shoot there.

However for 2015 a new inside option is being made available at Ridgmont Station.

These shoots will be on the same simple principle but with lighting and heating!!

Those planning to take part should indicate before the day if they wish to shoot inside - a charge will apply of 12 pounds an hour payable on the day.

A deposit may be required before the day.

The shoots remain free - time for agreements - the charge simply covers the cost of the shoot venue.

I suggest a minimum of four hours on an inside shoot.

Many shoots will be both at the church, surrounding woodland and area , the station and centre.

More detailed information regarding locations will be written shortly.

The next page give you how to get to Ridgmont directions.

Hope to see you there.
